Coastal Stagedesigns, LLC is an award-winning professional home staging and vacation rental furnishing company based in Panama City Beach, Florida, serving homeowners, Realtors, real estate investors and vacation rental owners throughout Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast.

We specialize in vacant home staging for properties being prepared for sale and turnkey furnishing and design for short-term and vacation rental properties. Our service area includes Panama City Beach, Panama City, 30A and South Walton, Destin, Sandestin, Miramar Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe and surrounding Gulf Coast communities.

Our approach combines interior design with real estate marketing. Whether we're staging a vacant home for sale or furnishing a vacation rental from the ground up, the objective goes beyond simply making a property attractive. About Carl Dismukes, Owner

Carl Dismukes, owner and creative director of Coastal Stagedesigns, is an award-winning Accredited Staging Professional® with decades of experience in design, branding, marketing and real estate.

Carl has received multiple industry awards from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals for his staging work with both regular-priced and luxury properties. His experience also includes vacation rental furnishing, property redesign and helping real estate investors prepare properties for resale.

Before founding Coastal Stagedesigns, Carl's professional background included branding, marketing, visual and interactive design for a Fortune 50 company. He is also a Florida real estate broker and owner of Marcus Tyson & Associates, giving him an additional perspective on how presentation, marketing and property condition affect a real estate transaction.



Together with the Coastal Stagedesigns team, Carl works with homeowners, Realtors and investors throughout Northwest Florida to create properties that present beautifully, market effectively and support the owner's real estate objectives.
